5 Reasons Why You're More Unhappy Than Fulfilled.....
The new era comes with a new price.That saying rings energy in the air. From the time we were born we learned to feel that excitement about new things and opportunities.Our vessel is like a machine with a memory board that stores everything we do and see and overwrites some experiences with new ones. Except the new experiences are only programmed based on the old ones. Basically we never forget those old copyrighted experiences, they're only suppressed.
Do you remember all the bad things that happen to you? Some people may say yes and some may say no. Our brain is programmed to protect us in a cool way of suppressing some of those old memories that we thought we forgot. It's not until we get what they call "Memory by Association." Our brain can cause us to remember bad things such as the smell of perfume or smell of apple pie that all was related to a bad experience.
The topic of the brain comes in place of how we create our own happiness or sadness. There are many techniques used to create a pattern for happiness which in turns is easier said than done. With repetition it's possible. Here's a list of things you can do to increase your happiness.

( 95% of the population belongs to some sort of religious group and believes in a higher power)
#3. Positive Affirmations
( Believing is the only source to what you want to accomplish; tell yourself positive things and they will soon manifest)
#4. Meditation
(No, thinking and talking to yourself doesn't mean you're crazy. Meditation has been used thousands of years ago as a way to calm the mind and open the door to nirvana. Increase your happiness by meditating 10-20 minutes a day.
#5. Stop focusing on money 24 hours a day.
( this one may catch you be surprise but most people spend more time focusing on money that they forget how to be happy)

#1. Your aura stink..
( a person's aura gives off like a ray of energy or a skunk spray. The aura consist of seven auric bodies. These bodies can effect the a person's emotions, thought pattern, and feelings. So when someone says you have a good or bad aura take it for what it is)
#2. You're in a toxic relationship
( This is all too common for most people. Some people stay in toxic relationships because they lack self worth or they're too needy for love. Staying in those toxic relationships will eventually overwrite your good experiences)
#3. You're not a good decision maker....
( No one's perfect, we all make mistakes. Mistakes are things we accidentally did and poor discisions are imposes we make giving time to think before reacting) Learning how to be a better decision maker will in fact decrease those unwanted epic moments in your life.
#4. Stress, depression and anxiety......
( This one brings a moment of silence in the room because everyone has experienced at least one of these areas. All three of these goes in the same category because they effect the way we think and react. Somethings are out of our control and the things that are controllable seem too high to reach and this can cause stress, depression and anxiety) Try new techniques to learn to cope with these issues of the mind.
#5. Short coming of successes...
( Success means different for everyone. Being successful doesn't have to be accomplishing the same goals as someone else. The way society has become, makes the mind thrive to reach those same goals. And if that person you're mimicking fails you would be soon to follow) Success can be finishing a book , while someone else success could be climbing Mount Everest)
